About good food and challenges

Hello there 🙂

It’s been a while since my last blog! Its Friday today, hence the second week of the German course is done! YAY! 🙂
I want to dedicate this post to…. FOOD.
Starting from Monday I started to eat completely healthy. I generally appreciate healthy food as I believe we must take care of our bodies and our wellbeing. But this time I also decided to pay attention to how the food looks!

The main criteria: beautiful and healthy! 🙂

The reason why I decided to change my diet for the next 4 weeks was very mainstream but still solid: it’s a challenge. Recently I came to a conclusion that if you don’t ever challenge yourself you can never really know what you are made of. Trying yourself out in difficult and uncomfortable situations is what makes you understand what you are really capable of. Working on your willpower can be fruitful.
