Having lived in Vienna for more than a year and a half, I can say with confidence what is my favorite place here. At first, when we moved in, I knew nothing about this city and I wanted to explore it from head to heel. Luckily, I have a small daughter who pushed me to do that. Why? She was a 5-months baby who slept in her stroller almost all the time. Since she was a restless baby, I always had to move, in another case, she woke up and cried. So I had much time to scrutinize Vienna.

The first place we went to was the Belvedere. I was really excited that I live in the city with such an amazing place that everyone wants to see. As time went, I fell in love with this place more and more, especially with a botanical garden near it. The Botanical Garden is not just nature, it is an energy that is calling you to open your mind, forget all bad things and just to rest. Furthermore, as I like jogging, that is one of my favorite places to do that. In the Botanical Garden, I can run, enjoy and relax at the same time.

By the way, the Belvedere and Botanical Garden are not far away from the DeutschAkademie! One more plus in favor of DeutschAkademie!
