I paid yesterday, can you tell me if you received the money?

Please note that it may take a few days until we receive the money in our account. You can download a booking confirmation in the webshop as soon as we receive the money.

I want to pay with a credit card, how can I do that?

In our webshop you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Girocard.

I cannot make a bank transfer, how can I pay?

You can pay in our webshop with Visa, Mastercard or Girocard. You can also pay directly at our office in cash or with PayPal.

How can I pay?

You can conveniently pay in our webshop via Visa, Mastercard or Girocard. Alternatively, you can also pay by bank transfer or PayPal, or in cash at our customer office. Please note that we do not accept card payment in the customer office.

Can I come by to pay for the German course?

You are welcome to come by the office during our opening hours (Monday - Thursday: 9am - 1:30pm & 2:30pm - 7pm (CEST)
Friday: 9am – 2pm (CEST)) to pay for your course. Please note that we only accept cash payments.

Do I have to pay all at once?

The course amount must be paid in full before the course starts. Unfortunately, payment in installments is not possible. However, we can make a reservation for you first so that you have time to pay the amount.

Is there a discount if I book several German courses or for my partner and me together?

Since our courses already have a very good price/performance ratio, we cannot give you any further discounts. However, you will receive the following additional service free of charge with each course:

I have just paid but have not yet received a booking confirmation.

As soon as we receive the payment, you can download the booking confirmation in the webshop.

How does it work if my employer pays the course fees?

You can make the billing address out to your employer when paying in the webshop. To do this, you must first pay the costs yourself and then have your employer reimburse you. Alternatively, your employer can make the payment in the webshop for you.
