Under certain circumstances, your data may be transferred and stored by a service provider or subcontractor in countries outside the EU\/European Economic Area. activeMind AG will take reasonable contractual, technical and administrative measures to ensure that your data are handled securely and that an appropriate level of protection is provided which meets the requirements of data protection within the EU\/European Economic Area.<\/span><\/p><h2 class=\"p12\"><span class=\"s2\">How long do we store your personal data?<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">We store your data as long as we need them to fulfil the contract concluded with you or as long as we are obliged to do so by law. In principle, we store your data for a period of seven years following the date of the last document (book keeping storage period according to \u00a7 132 of the Austrian Fiscal Code (BAO).<\/span><\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h2 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">What rights do you have as data subject?<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p15\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Right to information about your data stored by us.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p15\"><span class=\"s1\">You are entitled to request a copy of your personal data that we have stored about you if you wish to check which information, we have stored about you. The request of such a copy is free of charge.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p15\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Right to rectification.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p15\"><span class=\"s1\">You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete data that we have stored about you corrected.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p15\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Right to erasure (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d).<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p15\"><span class=\"s1\">You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the data are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were collected or if you wish to withdraw your consent to their processing.
