We are convinced of the high quality of our German courses. But we are only satisfied when you are! If you are not satisfied with your German course for any reason beyond our control*¹, a refund is possible under the following conditions*²:
How does the money-back guarantee work?
The following applies to the individual course types:
- For courses that take place several times a week (e.g. intensive, semi-intensive, grammar, phonetics, conversation, business, visa course)
→ You have attended every class offered in the first week of the course.
- For courses that take place once a week (e.g. weekend courses, writing course, conversation club, exam preparation)
→ You have attended every offered lesson of the first course day. - For private lessons you have attended the first lesson provided as agreed.
Please write to us at service@deutschakademie.com no later than 7 days after your first course day and briefly state the reason why the course did not meet your expectations.
The appointment can either take place in person at our customer office or via telephone. Our aim is to find a good solution for you so that you can achieve your learning goal ideally within the booked month of the course. If we cannot find a suitable alternative for you, we will refund your course fee.
The refund will be processed within four weeks of asserting the money-back guarantee to the account used by you for the payment.
