Hallo Leute, heute ist Wockenende. Alas!!! I hope I am progressing well. Just for those curious following me very sincerely, I just meant “Hey guys, it’s finally weekend today”. Although, I am showing off my German skills, but I really need to speed up. I lost a game today because of my lack of knowledge in German vocabulary. Yes, we played a game by the end of the class which required quite basic German knowledge and also it’s quite helpful for beginners. May be you guys know about this game, it’s like you have to write name, place, animal and thing starting with an alphabet which is randomly selected and is changing in each round. To make it more interesting and helpful, the instructor added two more columns; one for a river and another for profession. It made the game a bit difficult, keeping in mind we aren’t allowed to write down any in English. Like even the river Danube have a German name which is Donau. So we had to be really careful, thus I lost the game. But this kind of fun games are actually very informative. You learn new things without even having the intention of learning. Apart from the learning part, as we talked about Donau, I must say it is one of my favorite places in Vienna especially in summer. Along the river are lots of things one can do. There are restaurants, clubs, bars, tracks, etc. So if you are in Vienna, you gotta be visiting the famous river. I got some nice pictures clicked!!!
