Visa application procedure

If you need a visa for your German course in Vienna, please contact the Austrian embassy or Consulate General in your country for information on the requirements. You can find information about visa requirements on the website of the Austrian Foreign Office.

As soon as you have paid the entire fee for your German course in Vienna, we will send you a registration confirmation with the course details, which you must present to the relevant authorities in order to obtain a visa for Austria.

Visa declined

In case you do not get a visa for your German course in Vienna after all, then we will refund the course fees in full up to 14 days before the beginning of the course.

If you can present us with a copy of the statement of refusal by the Austrian embassy, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before your course beginning.
