Language visa: German course plus visa
Anyone who wants to take a German course for private or professional reasons can apply for a visa on this basis, also known as a language visa. The language courses must comprise at least 15 hours per week and are limited in time.
At the DeutschAkademie, we offer you a German language course that is specially tailored to these requirements: our visa course, which takes place every month online and on site at our language school in Vienna.

- Schengen visa type C for short-term stays: If your language course does not last longer than 90 days, you can attend a language course with a Schengen visa.
- Type D language visa Austria for long-term stays: If you want to stay longer than 90 days, up to a maximum of six months, you can apply for a D visa, among other things to attend language courses.
