Wir möchten euch gerne das DeutschAkademie Forum vorstellen:

Hier könnt ihr andere Menschen treffen, die Deutsch lernen, Brieffreunde finden und Fragen über die deutsche Sprache stellen. Versteht ihr etwas im Grammatiktrainer nicht? Versteht ihr immer noch nicht den Unterschied zwischen Akkusativ und Dativ? Eine Deutschlehrerin betreut das Forum und beantwortet euch alle Fragen, die ihr habt. Wollt ihr einfach über die kulturellen Unterschiede zwischen eurem Heimatland und Österreich sprechen? Vielleicht möchtet ihr auch Menschen aus eurem Heimatland kennenlernen, die auch in Österreich leben?! Viele Schüler der DeutschAkademie befinden sich im Forum und möchten genau dasselbe.

Ciao a tutti! Sono Alessandra, sono italiana e precisamente di Trieste.
Vivo da cinque anni a Vienna. Ho due bambini che sono ancora piccoli…Qualche mese fa ho deciso di frequentare un corso di tedesco, anche perché i bambini vanno finalmente all’asilo e la mattina ho po’di tempo solo per me. Purtroppo però ancora non lo so bene, nonostante mi trovi qui dal 2004. Il problema è anche che durante il giorno non parlo mai tedesco e anche al lavoro, pur essendo una guida turistica, parlo solo inglese e italiano con i miei gruppi. Per questo motivo anche dopo tanto tempo in Austria non riesco ancora bene a parlare tedesco. Adesso però ho iniziato a studiare circa 3 ore al giorno e a fare gli esercizi a casa. A volte quando i bambini giocano tranquilli, posso esercitarmi tranquillamente con il trainer di grammatica online della DeutschAkademie, che è gratuito. È perfetto per esercitare temi di grammatica in cui si è più deboli, io ad esempio ho problemi con le desinenze degli aggettivi e il trainer è perfetto! Bè, soprattutto se non si è interrotti continuamente!

Auguro a tutti coloro che stanno facendo come me un corso di tedesco, buona fortuna! E a quelli che già sono riusciti a imparare questa difficile lingua, veramente complimenti!

Hey guys, I’m going to write in English today because I’m not feeling so well and I want to get to bed early so that I can hopefully make it to my course tomorrow and not be sick! I will make up for it with a German one soon enough, promise! I will also post more pictures including some of my class and of Vienna and Eisenstadt soon. Here’s today’s entry:

I’m learning German in Vienna because I have decided to continue my University studies here in Austria. I did two years of a Communication degree at the University of Ottawa, but after two years, I was still unsure of what I really wanted to study! Instead of wasting another year, I took last year off and moved to Spain with my boyfriend and it was a great decision! I realized that I have a real passion for languages, and have decided to pursue this through my studies, and since it is free for me to study here in Austria (and my boyfriend is from here!) we decided to move here for our University studies. I am really looking forward to getting back to University!

I began learning German two years ago at my University in Canada. I started learning it because my boyfriend is from here and I knew I would be using it a lot with his family and friends. My German class ended up being my favourite class! I had a lot of fun learning it from the beginning, and now it is even more fun because I am at a level where I can use it everyday!

I first chose DeutschAkademie two summers ago when I was here for my summer holiday. I found the school through a Google search and it seemed to have the cheapest rates compared to other language schools in Vienna, so I thought I would give it a try. I was skeptical because of the low price, but I was very pleasantly surprised! I had a great time and my teacher was very helpful.

I decided to come back to the DeutschAkademie because I enjoyed it so much last time. It is also in a great central location that is also convenient for me since it is only two stops away from Südtiroler Platz, which is where my bus from Eisenstadt leaves.

Our german course is almost finishing!
This is the last week, and today we did a important revision about Konjunktiv 2.

We learned how to use it with the following cases:
-Hilfsverben
-Modalverben
-Starke Verben
-Schwache Verben

After the course I was still there studing a little bit more with a friend of mine!

As I’m already used to do, today I will do a little revision of what we learned this week:

1) Normale Wortstellung im Hauptsatz
– Ergänzungen und Angaben
– Reihenfolge der Angaben
– Das Prädikat besteht aus mehreren Teilen
– Position 1 im Hauptsatz
– Das Verb aus Position 1

2) Satzverbindungen
– Hauptsatz vor Nebensatz: Das Verb mit der Persolnalendung schließt den Satz ab
– Nebensatz vor Hauptsatz: Verb stößt auf Verb
– Konnektoren, die Hauptsätze verbinden: aber, denn, doch, und, sondern, oder

Now it is getting a lot of things to study, but it is very good to see that we are improving our German!

It is difficult to say what is the best of DeutschAkademie. The last week I described many advantages I found to study German in the Akademie. Maybe, in my opinion, it is the fact that people are very friendly and anxious to help the students in all their troubles and doubts.

This environment has helped me to open my mind to German and to discover that learning this language has not been so difficult as I believed it, although I continue believing that it is. As I told the last week, I decided to learn German in Vienna in an intensive way to be able to integrate myself in the High School in Austria and for the future to improve my skills for studying the University in Foreign Languages.

My teacher always is very interested in helping us and in solving all our doubts. She is really very professional. Time flies in the Akademie. There is not time for boring.

I found out last spring that I would be moving to Austria for a period of time.  Although I was excited about the opportunity, I was nervous about not knowing the language. When I arrived in Austria, I was happy that I found DeutschAkademie. It was reasonably priced, and each course is only one month long — which makes learning German in Vienna more convenient for me. So far, I am happy about my decision to take this course at DeutschAkademie. (I am in level 1a).

I am a graduate student in Computer Science at Duke University. My adviser and research group are currently working at the Institute for Science and Technology Austria (IST Austria). Here is a photo of some of the people from IST Austria during the last BBQ of the summer:

I’m taking a German course to become more competitive and because of the importance that the language has for my profession (I’m an engineer).

I asked the people that I know in Vienna for a good school to learn the language, and all of them told me that the best option was Deutsch Akademie because of the location and the reduced groups.

The first time I came to Vienna was in 2007 for vacations, now the aim of this new visit is to learn German and also to travel as much as possible across the country.

Ben Türkiyeden geliyorum. 50 yasindayim. Evliyim ve 4 tane cocugum var. Neden Deutsch Akademiede Almanca ögreniyorum? Benim tanidiklarim Deutsch Akademiede en kisa zamanda Almanca konusmayi güzel ögrendiler. O zaman bende Almancayi güzel konusmak istiyorum onun icin Deutsch Akademiedeyim. Ikinci olarak bütün almanca yazilan Gazeteleri okuyup ve anlamak istiyorum. Deutsch Akademieyi nasilmi buluyorum? Sorulmaz. Muhtesem.

Hallo ich bin Mehmet!

Ich komme aus der Türkei und ich bin 50 Jahre alt. Ich bin verheiratet und ich habe vier Kinder. Warum lerne ich Deutsch an der DeutschAkademie? Meine Bekannten haben die deutsche Sprache in der DeutschAkademie in kurzer Zeit gut gelernt, so möchte auch ich Deutsch schön sprechen lernen. Zweitens will ich auch alle Zeitungen lesen können. Wie finde ich die DeutschAkademie? Keine Frage: ausgezeichnet!

Para poder vivir mejor aquí en Viena y para apollar mejor a mi familia quize absolver de primera necesidad varios cursos de alemán en Viena. Mientra buscando un instituto adecuado en el internet encontré la DeutschAkademie. He estudiado la pagina web y fui muy interesado en esa. Un punto importante para mi fue que la academía está situada muy central, de fácil acceso con los transportes públicos y así puedo ahorrar tambien tiempo.  Además me gustó que están ensenando en grupos pequenos. Quería convencerme personal de todo y pedí turno. El equipo de DeutschAkademie fue muy amable y profesional. Fuí muy impresionado. La relacíon calidad-precio fue excelente y ningún otro instituto podía ofrecer mas plus positivo.

Ya estoy participando aquí en el tercer curso de alemán y todavía estoy impresionado.  Los docentes son absolutamente competentes y amables. Además uno tiene la posibilidad en conocer muchas personas interesantes de distintas naciónes y puede practicar el alemán en seguída.

Gracias a DeutschAkademie ya podía mejorar mucho mi vida aqui en Viena.

Um ein besseres Leben hier in Wien führen zu können und meine Familie besser zu unterstützen, wollte ich unbedingt mehrere Deutschkurse absolvieren. Bei der Suche im Internet nach einem geeigneten Sprachinstitut bin ich auf die DeutschAkademie gestoßen. Ich habe die Homepage studiert und war sehr interessiert daran. Die zentrale Lage war für mich ein wichtiger Punkt, um die Schule mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen zu können und auch Zeit zu sparen. Weiters hat mir gefallen, dass in kleinen Gruppen unterrichtet wird. Ich wollte mich persönlich davon überzeugen und habe einen Termin vereinbart. Das Team der DeutschAkademie war sehr freundlich und professionell. Ich war positiv beeindruckt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend und kein anderes Institut hatte noch mehr Pluspunkte zu bieten.

Nun besuche ich schon den dritten Deutschkurs hier und bin noch immer begeistert. Die Dozenten sind absolut kompetent und freundlich. Man lernt zudem viele interessante Leute aus den verschiedensten Nationen kennen und kann so das Erlernte gleich in die Praxis umsetzen.

Dank der DeutschAkademie konnte ich mein Leben hier in Wien bereits deutlich verbessern!
